About Brenna
“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.”
- Rumi

Water has always been a powerful symbol in my life. It’s no surprise that it led me to Northern Michigan University on the shores of Lake Superior, where I began my physical therapy path. I then attended PT school through Central Michigan University’s satellite program in Houghton, MI, grateful for the chance to stay rooted in the clean air and clear waters of the Upper Peninsula.

Eventually, I followed the lakes to Petoskey. Everything changed in 2018, when I completed my first myofascial release course. I was captivated by the fascial system. It reminded me so much of water: strong yet sensitive, fluid, and absolutely vital. Since then, I’ve dedicated my passion to this work, continuing my training in the John Barnes’ approach and deepening my belief in the profound healing power of the fascial system. It’s my North Node.

When I’m not in the treatment space, you can find me gardening, catching a sunrise, walking along Lake Michigan, piecing together a jigsaw puzzle, giving and receiving hugs, and savoring slow days in northern Michigan.
